eSped is a pioneer in web-based student data management solutions, providing state-specific application services for school districts all over the country. We bring more than 25 years of experience in understanding the unique education and business challenges of school districts—and developing the most viable, innovative solutions to meet these requirements.

In January 2000, we teamed up with Learning Systems Technologies—one of the first companies to provide computer-assisted IEP applications in the U.S. —which enabled eSped to extend its reach and become the most comprehensive provider of applications, services, and information to the education community.

We implemented our first web-based IEP application in 1999 for the Chicopee, MA school district and supported 1,600 special education students. Our largest deployment to date has been with the Northside Independent School District in San Antonio, TX, first implemented in 2002 and currently serving more than 14,000 special education students.

As our technology and applications have continued to evolve, our commitment has remained the same: provide simple, cost-effective solutions that allow educators to focus on their students. Our success in special education is now being leveraged in the general education sector, helping school districts with their reporting and document management needs for all students. We are also expanding our reporting services to include additional states.

eSped is an independent company, owned by its directors. The company works closely with the education community to define the market for its products.
