Our dedicated data migration teams take the time to evaluate your existing data and formulate a strategy to effectively port it into our secure, centralized Oracle database. You may be anxious to get your eSped solution up and running as quickly as possible, so we balance that with a phased approach to data conversion to reduce inaccuracies.

Well before the solution goes live, our eSped migrations teams post the data on a quality assurance (QA) site and perform rigorous testing to make sure the data is mapping correctly. We also test to see that the database is integrated with your district's student information system (SIS) to ensure automatic updates across your special education and general education populations.

And because security is vital, we take extra care to see that the transfer of highly confidential student data is properly encrypted through Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology.
