Training
To maximize the value of your eSped solution, we provide a wide range of training programs customized by type of user. Typically, your teachers will use eSped more frequently so we provide them with comprehensive three-hour training that includes a fully functional practice site.
Your exact training program may include several courses:
- Teacher Training
- Administrative and Staff Training
- IT and Service Provider Training (to include any third-party vendors that support your infrastructure)
In addition to the training we provide as part of the initial deployment of your eSped solution, we also offer refresher courses, ideal for when new teachers and staff join your district or when new features or enhancements are added to eSped applications. Our training coordinators are readily available to set up different course as needed.
And because everyone's schedules are different-and their time is precious-eSped offers flexible training delivery methods:
- Onsite at your facility
- Onsite at eSped headquarters
- Online via WebEx
Regardless of which training courses you sign up for, you'll have a dedicated eSped trainer who will bring extensive special education experience to your solution. Our trainers are former teachers and eSped directors that speak your language and make the transition to eSped technology easy and enjoyable.
